SMS Terms

1. The messages we send

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from South Gate Truck Services about your parking. These are transactional messages, and include:

• a one-time verification code,
• parking confirmations,
• expiry reminders, and
• overstay and access-related alerts.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this consent.

2. Frequency, rates, and how to opt out

When you reply STOP, we stop sending messages to that number and send a single confirmation. When you reply HELP, we reply with how to get support. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

3. Consent

You consent to receive the messages described above when you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase where prohibited by law. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

4. Privacy

To deliver text messages, your phone number and message content are processed by our messaging provider, Twilio. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy & Data Use summary for more.
